B9Game Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you") and b9game ("b9game," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your use of the b9game website, mobile app and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or use the platform. B9game reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the current and binding version. Users are responsible for checking for updates periodically.

1 Eligibility to Use B9Game

To register an account and use b9game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

B9game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If verification is not completed within the requested timeframe, the account may be suspended pending resolution. This is a standard measure to protect both the platform and its users.

2 Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one b9game account. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances within them.

When you register, you agree to provide your real name, a valid mobile number, and other details as requested. This information is used to verify your identity, process PKR transactions and communicate important account notices.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including people you trust.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact b9game support immediately. B9game is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the user failed to keep credentials secure.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to use your b9game account for any purpose.
• B9game may, at its discretion, close inactive accounts after a prolonged period of no activity. Users will be notified before any balance is affected.
• Accounts may be suspended or closed if b9game reasonably believes there has been a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or if required by applicable policy.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on b9game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). B9game supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours, that the payment method belongs to you personally, and that you are not depositing on behalf of a third party.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 via mobile wallet channels. Minimum amounts for other channels are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are typically credited to your b9game balance within seconds for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. B9game may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
• B9game does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa provider may apply their own transaction fees — b9game has no control over third-party charges.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• B9game reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds. This may require you to provide proof of identity and source of funds before the withdrawal is processed.
• Any deposit made using fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials or in violation of a third-party payment provider's terms will be reversed, and the associated account will be closed immediately.

4 Betting Rules & Settlement

B9game offers sports betting on a wide range of events including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, ODI and Test cricket, domestic football leagues, international football tournaments and Esports events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• A bet is confirmed when the platform displays a "Bet Accepted" confirmation and a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation should not be assumed to have been placed.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of any subsequent movement.
• Live in-play bets on cricket — including PSL, T20 World Cup and bilateral series — are subject to the platform's live betting rules. B9game may suspend live markets at any time during an event for reasons including rain delays, player injuries, power interruptions or data feed issues.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or does not complete within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will generally be settled according to the specific rules for that market as published in the sports betting section.
• B9game reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a platform or data error. Users will be notified and the stake refunded to their account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a wager and may vary by sport, market and event.
• Attempting to exploit errors, technical glitches or unusual odds movements in a coordinated or systematic way constitutes abuse of the platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

B9game offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, seasonal cricket promotions tied to PSL and other events, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer.

• Bonus funds and free bet credits are added to a separate bonus balance and are not the same as real PKR cash balance. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. This figure varies by promotion and will always be clearly stated.
• B9game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice, or disqualify users who abuse the promotional system.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b9game platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours — whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on information not publicly available, or in connection with any effort to influence the outcome of a match.
• Money laundering: Using b9game to deposit, wager and withdraw funds in a manner designed to obscure the source or nature of those funds.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one b9game account simultaneously or sequentially to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated system to place bets, access the platform or take advantage of promotional offers.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks on legitimate deposits made to your b9game account.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate or place bets through your b9game account.
• Platform abuse: Exploiting technical errors, data feed glitches or obvious pricing mistakes for systematic financial gain.

B9game actively monitors accounts for suspicious patterns. If unusual activity is detected, the account may be suspended pending investigation. Users will be given a fair opportunity to respond before a final determination is made in non-urgent cases.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps through your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you after a specified amount of time spent on the platform in a single session.

9 Liability & Disclaimers

B9game provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or factors outside b9game's control may occasionally affect platform availability.

• B9game is not liable for any financial losses resulting from your betting decisions. All bets are placed voluntarily and the outcome of sporting events is outside b9game's control.
• B9game is not responsible for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• B9game is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Your continued use of the b9game platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
